your question is due to concern about german cops? you don't need to be, any light in any form will do!
but for further informations concerning travelling-bikes (in difference to sportbikes)its
- dynamo-driven light fix on the bike, no further requirement (really stupid taking in account that batterie-light became really bright and efficient these days.
the latter is okay to sportbikes below 11kg of weight.
but it is how i said: you got light, you're fine.
