[help] hooks for Vaude panniers !

guys, we have less then 4 weeks to go for 20 months trip and .... I broke a hook in my Vaude front manniers [don't ask me how I did it :-( ]
where can I get them ?
I'll need to whole sets as soon as possible !
I guess our german friends could help me ;-)
